You may now book appointments online for my studio in Felton, CA. Other appointments may be available in SF and the peninsula according to availability (please email, call, or text to request an appointment in these locations). I respect your bodily autonomy and your choice whether or not to get a vaccine. Based on the available science and my responsibility to my community, I am now fully vaccinated. In accordance with county mandates you will be required to wear a mask during our session regardless of vaccination status. Sanitation protocols are in place. You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon arrival and answer screening questions accurately. Please see the intake form (below) and/or contact me if you have additional questions.

Hot Himalayan Salt Stone Massage
Therapeutic massage plus the use of hot stones to relax muscle tension and increase circulation. I use ethically sourced Himalayan salt stones.

Tips are greatly appreciated and always optional; they should never present a financial barrier to massage therapy services.

I offer two different types of yoga instruction:
Western yoga focuses on physical form (asana), mindful movement, breath, and meditation. My particular style integrates moving energy (vinyasa) with the rhythms of breath and internal states, offerings towards self and universe (bhakti), and space for introspection. Alive, but not rushed.
Trauma-sensitive yoga: emphasizes choice, invitational language, and body awareness. Evidence-based. You are the welcome collaborator. You will be invited to explore your own choices around movement and sensation. Also known as TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga). For more information, visit www.traumasensitiveyoga.com
Prior to our session, we’ll have an initial consultation to determine your needs, goals, and available props. At this time, yoga instruction is offered through live online video conferencing via Zoom only. Please allow an additional 10-15 minutes for setup and intake.
